Tasting notes

Appearance: A brilliant appearance, shiny and crystalline, a pale yellow hue with hints of bright gold.

First Nose: rounded & mouth-filling with exotic fruits (mango, lychee) and fresh scents (linden, verbena).
Second nose: Upon aeration, the nose reveals a gourmet complexity (brioche) coated with ripe fruit (white peach, citrus) highlithed by notes of sweet spices.

Palate: full & crisp attack to ripe fruits (mango), quince paste & spices scented.
Mid-palate: opens up to fresh shades (linden, orange blossom), a note of honey.

End of palate: generous & intense eaving a sensation of richness and elegance.

A Sancerre Blanc wine of character and fine.
