60 % in oak barrels (600 liters demi-muids) Fermentation using natural yeasts. Aged for 12 months in barrels (demi muids) with regular stirring (batonnage).
Racking, blending before bottling.

Appearance: A brilliant appearance, shiny and crystalline, a pale yellow hue with hints of bright gold.
First Nose: rounded & mouth-filling with exotic fruits (mango, lychee) and fresh scents (linden, verbena).
Second nose: Upon aeration, the nose reveals a gourmet complexity (brioche) coated with ripe fruit (white peach, citrus) highlithed by notes of sweet spices.
Palate: full & crisp attack to ripe fruits (mango), quince paste & spices scented.
Mid-palate: opens up to fresh shades (linden, orange blossom), a note of honey.
End of palate: generous & intense eaving a sensation of richness and elegance.
A Sancerre Blanc wine of character and fine.
