Nose: Intense and frank, with a subtle aromatic complexity of red fruits (wild strawberry) and flowers (peony), opening onto tart notes (lychee, cranberry) and gourmet notes (berlingot).
Upon aeration: Aromas of red berries mingle with fresh, floral notes of rose petals.
Palate: Thirst-quenching attack with fruit aromas (redcurrant, raspberry).Mid-palate: Rich mid-palate (strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant), opening with floral nuances (orange blossom, peach blossom).
End of palate: A full, balanced, gourmet finish.
