Tasting notes

Appearance: Pale yellow colour, clear and punctuated by light green reflections.
First nose: Rich, sweet and greedy, sweet sweetness mixed with fruity and floral aromas.
Second nose: Upon aeration appear aromas of fruit melting ripe (peach, pear), citrus zest, nuances of fresh herbs (fern), light notes of anise and sweet spices (cinnamon)
A beautiful mineral accord with a light almond paste coated.
Palate: Frank and nervous attack. Mid palate strong and crunchy ripe fruit (pear, vine peach), acacia and quince hints, honey scents and sweet spices.
End of palate: Rich and persistent finish, the expression of optimal maturity.
Sancerre, Ground of vineyard and neat vinification!
