Appearance: A clear appearance with a pale yellow hue.
First nose: Rich, beautiful intense aroma of citrus, bloom of peach flowers.
Second nose: Upon aeration the nose confirms a fruity aromatic palette. Subtle aromas of ripe fruit (white peach, pink grapefruit), white flowers, honeyed sweetness.
Palate: A lively and truly attack, the signature of a generous maturity.
Mid palate: Gourmet ripe fruit (white peach, pink grapefruit, quince), an elegant minerality.
End of palate: Broad and lingering, it blankets the palate with refreshing notes of fresh almond.
A Sancerre White, wine of balanced terroir, solar with fine aromatic quality.
