Appearance: Bright, limpid garnet-red color.
First nose: Intense & greedy, combining notes of berries (blackcurrant, blueberry) with hints of spices (cinnamon, pepper).
Second nose: On aeration, the nose opens up to a rich aromatic power of red fruits (Morello cherry, blackcurrant, wild strawberry).
Palate: A frank, rich and concentrated attack, with ample, refined tannins.
Mid-palate: Fragrant mid-palate notes of blackberry and cranberry, with hints of vanilla and roasted coffee.
End of palate: A long finish that leaves the palate with a dense, precise and powerful texture.
A Sancerre Rouge of character, elegant & generous in expression.
