60 % in oak barrels (600 liters demi-muids) Fermentation using natural yeasts. Aged for 12 months in barrels (demi muids) with regular stirring (batonnage).
Racking, blending before bottling.

Appearance: A limpid, brilliant yellow color with golden highlights.
First Nose: Intense & elegant, with subtle fermentative aromas and notes of ripe fruit.
Second nose: On aeration, the nose develops a gourmand aromatic complexity (mango, peach, citrus), enhanced by sweet brioche and vanilla notes.
Palate: Full, mellow attack revealing optimum maturity, combining notes of yellow fruit and citrus (peach, grapefruit).
Mid-palate: Dense, fleshy and juicy (mirabelle plum), opening up to fresh (verbena, lemongrass) and acidulated notes.
End of palate: Mineral and precise, on a saline register, punctuated by hints of honey.
A warm, comforting Sancerre wine that combines typicity, character and balance.
